We deliver REVIVR across Switzerland and Liechtenstein via Swiss Post, and across the European Union via DPD from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands.

Orders typically arrive within 48–72 hours (business days) in Switzerland, and within 3–5 business days in the European Union.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout. No hidden fees.

During periods of high demand, delivery times may vary slightly.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
